“Hi, I’m Katelyn Hodges, Corporate Trainer and Loan Officer here at Assurance Financial.

I started with Assurance at the beginning of my career in the mortgage industry as a loan officer assistant. Over time, I transitioned into a loan officer role. After many years in this role, I realized that I was passionate about being a mentor for other loan officers, and with Assurance had the opportunity to become a corporate trainer for all of our new salespeople.

I’m the point person for every new hire from their first day on the job onward. Even after your initial training period, I am still available for any questions, and if I can’t answer them, will point you in the right direction. 

My favorite part of being a corporate trainer here at Assurance is helping both new loan officers and veterans of the mortgage industry who are new to Assurance achieve their goals to become top earners, or simply to have a better understanding of the mortgage industry as a whole – which empowers them to grow their business.
